you ever notice how much pressure is put on females to be perfect? perfect hair..perfect body..perfect attitude…manners…blah blah blah.

the other day while hanging out with some male friends, one of them said “it wasn’t until i got to college that i found out girls fart too.”

i wanted to reach back my hand and slap the shit out of that moron.

are women not humans? do we not get the occasional gas too? this isn’t this first time i heard some dumb ass shit like this either. so for all the guys out there curious, we do. & in order to not deal with the negative shit people say, women allow themselves to be victims of these dumb ass restrictions.

i wanna make a list of all the things women do, that is often looked down on.

• farting/burping.
• picking boogers/wedgies.
• swearing.
• sweating.
• smell.
• talking/laughing loudly.

the list can go on for days. the amount of pressure put on women by this patriarchal world we live in is stupid.

i don’t give a fuck. i fart, i smell occasionally, i laugh like a fucking hyena, and i curse like a sailor. & i really don’t give a shit how unladylike it is either.

first of all i wanna start this post off by saying i’m so happy for all those people out there who are now able to be with and marry the person they love, no matter their sexual orientation.

BUT, back to the main reason i’m making this post.

why are their people who are against this? do you not understand how amazing this is? how happy you should be for these people?

if you’re not gay, why is the bill such a horrible thing? does it affect the person you marry? does it make NY state gayer? does it make you gay? is gayness contagious? i think the answer to all those questions is NO. so shut the fuck up about it and keep it pushing.

it’s really sad that when we should be happy for everyone gay, we also have to deal with with the backlash of the idiots who don’t approve, for whatever dumb ass reason they have. i have gay friends and even gay family members, so its really offensive to even me, someone who is STRAIGHT.

anyway…SAME SEX MARRIAGE FTW!!! :-)
